Building a Simple Quiz or Survey
To start making a quiz, head to the Quiz and Survey Master Plugin from the side panel in the WordPress dashboard > Quizzes & Surveys and create a new quiz.
Once you have created a quiz, you’ll be led to the Question tab. Here, you find various question types to choose from and different answer choices, select questions for your quiz, and create a new question.
You can create a quiz of 5 questions or 50 questions, the limit is none in QSM. Plus, you can create a multi-page quiz where questions are added in new pages, or simply create a single-page quiz, the ball is in your court.
Further, you can divide your quiz questions into multiple categories for an organized quiz experience.
Save the questions individually as you go about adding them in the question section.
After that, let’s move to the Contact tab and add new contact fields to collect the contact information you want the user to enter, such as name, email, business, phone, etc.
