With Quiz and Survey Master (QSM), you can create customized survey forms to collect feedback, conduct research, and gather insights for your business.
Follow these steps to create a survey. Once you have installed and activated the QSM plugin.
- Navigate to the QSM Dashboard and click Get Started beside the Create a Quiz/Survey option.
- Choose Survey as the form type.
- Select a theme from the available options. QSM offers a free default theme and multiple premium themes. Click Proceed.
- Explore QSM Add-ons to enhance survey functionality. You can:
- Use the Google Sheets Connector to store responses.
- Integrate MailerLite for automated email follow-ups.
- Browse other available add-ons. Click Proceed.
- Enter a Survey Name and configure the additional form settings to begin.
- Add questions to your survey. Choose from various question types based on the responses you need.
- Set up a contact form to collect participant details if required.
- Customize success messages to display after survey completion.
- Configure survey behavior settings, including user attempts, number of submissions for the survey, and result page controls.
- Customize the email page to send survey responses to admins or participants automatically.
Once set up, your survey is ready to collect responses.
